With restrictions caused by the Covid-19 and for your own health and wellbeing, we have decided to host the British Occupational Hygiene Society’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on 05 May 2021 at 3pm. You will have an opportunity to sign up to attend the AGM where we will also be presenting BOHS’ 2020 year in review.

As we will be hosting the AGM virtually again, we are requesting all member vote using our online voting site. This will allow you to appoint the Chair of the meeting to vote on the resolutions on your behalf at the AGM. The Annual Report incorporating the annual accounts, for the year ended 31 December 2020, will be available on the BOHS website from 21 April 2021. 

This year we will be proposing a special resolution which will see changes to the BOHS Board Regulations and the BOHS Byelaws. The supporting documentation will be available on our website ahead of voting and will include a copy of each version with tracked changes, a copy of the explanatory memorandum for each, and a clean copy of each.
